"Tencho Maru"

"Tencho Maru" was built in 1972 by Kurushima, Japan for Japanese flag.  DWT.: 3254, - LOA.: 84,8 m., - Beam: 13,0 m, - Propulsion: Diesel, -13 knots.

Renamed "Bangka" in 1982, - and "Dauphine II" in 1989, - and "Santorini" in 1990, - and "Torin" in 1994, - and "Bangka" in 1995, - and "Fal VI" in 1995, - and "Saly" in 2003, and finally scrapped in 2003.

Renamed: "Maersk London" in 1993, - "London Maersk" 1993, - "London" 1998, - Scrapped in Shanghai in 2010.

Built in Portugal in 1978 for Liberian flag. DWT.: 23275 tonss, - LOA.: 170,7 m., - Beam: 24,2 m., - Propulsion: 1 diesel, - 16 knots.
Scrapped at Alang in 2007.

Built at Boelwerft in Belium in 1972 for Liberian flag. DWT.: 24944 tons, - LOA.: 170,7 m., - Beam: 24,2 m., - Peropulsion: 1 MAN diesel, - 15,5 knots.

Scrapped in 1991.

They are all taken when we dry-docked her at the Hyundai Mipo yard, - Ulsan, Korea -, in December 1986.
On these pictures you can really see and enjoy the very beautiful hull lines of this class of ships
