"Dmitry Galkin" has 8 - 25
mm guns in twin mounts.
Propulsion: 4 diesels, 2 shafts,
14.000 bhp., - 17 knots
Crew: 300
I believe that this unit is
the "Dmitry Galkin" because of the characteristic "Vee Cone" antenna on
the aft mast, and also you can clearly see the 4 twin mount 25 mm guns.
